I am dedicated to enhancing the understanding of how the NDIS makes decisions and how to ensure you are providing information that meets that understanding. Whether you are a Health Professional supporting someone to access the NDIS, a service provider trying to best capture a participant’s disability needs, or involved in the life of someone with disability who you wish to support, the workshops will enable you to better engage with the NDIS.

Your ability to convey information clearly and effectively is crucial, but so to is knowing your audience and what they expect to see. Understand how NDIS decision makers think and how you can best communicate disability needs in a way that meets that thinking.

About me

I am a former teacher and local area coordinator based in Adelaide, South Australia who is passionate about ensuring that people with disabilities get their needs met.

My many years of experience as a LAC has helped me to understand how NDIS decision makers think, whether it is approving supports or access to the scheme, through having to justify plan builds and supports or communicating access decisions to potential participants.

My passion for disability has led me to start a PhD in Psychology, but I did not want to let my knowledge of the NDIS and how it works remain walled off from the world, and so the idea for this consultancy was born.
